Rubience is particularly suited to people suffering from seasonal allergic rhinitis (pollen, grass), perennial allergies (dust mites, pet dander), chronic mild-to-moderate sinusitis, or recurrent nasal congestion. It does not replace medical treatment prescribed by a doctor for severe conditions.

The device should not be used by pregnant women, people with lupus or known photosensitivity, or directly on open wounds or infected areas. If in doubt, consult your doctor before use.

No. The nasal tips are designed to diffuse light exclusively into the nasal passages, and the 660 nm wavelength is within the standard therapeutic range used in medical photobiomodulation. It is not necessary to wear protective glasses during the session.

Gently insert both light tips into each nostril, then activate the device by pressing and holding the power button. The session lasts 10 minutes. Auto-shutoff triggers at the end. Recommended once or twice daily during symptomatic periods, then for maintenance as needed.

First effects (reduced congestion) are often felt from the first 3 to 5 sessions. Significant improvement is generally observed after 2 to 3 weeks of daily use. Results vary from person to person depending on the nature and severity of the allergy.

Yes. One session per day is the recommended frequency during acute phases. Some users do two sessions (morning and evening) during pollen peaks. Daily use carries no risk of dependency or side effects.

Wipe the tips with a slightly damp soft cloth after each use. Do not immerse the device in water. Store it in its carrying case, away from heat and humidity. The tips are replaceable if needed.

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery is then made within 2 to 4 business days via tracked shipping. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of validation, before preparation. After that, as the order is already being shipped, you will need to exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt (see below).

You have 30 days from receipt to return the device without justification. It must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition. Full refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Yes, Rubience is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against all manufacturing defects. In case of proven malfunction, we provide replacement or refund at no extra charge.
